Bronco Motors is looking for someone who has had some success in the Human Resources field.

The HR Coordinator plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

Assist Managers with recruiting activities as requested (e.g., write and place ads, prepare job descriptions, screen applicants against first-level criteria).

Ensure newly hired employees are on-boarded and that terminating employees are separated according to defined procedures.

Maintain company records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, terminations, promotions, performance reviews and any supporting analysis and or reporting.

Liaison for employee with regard to benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, paid and unpaid leave of absence, and the employee assistance program.

Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce turnover.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years HR management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Analytical skills and a focused attention to detail

Problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word expertise

Preferred knowledge of FMLA, Workmen Comp, I-9 Regulations and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Compliance, federal and state-level laws impacting employment agreements.
