This means conducting business with integrity, accountability, and professionalism while supporting our global community.The Sr. Sales Incentive/Financial Analyst for Sales Finance will be a part of a team supporting the World Wide Sales organization with timely, accurate and useful financial reporting. The position is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) on a quarterly basis!Responsibilities:
Coordinate Quarterly SIP or Bi-Annual goal setting with the sales leaders.
Ensure goals set are accurately updated in the individual sales scorecards.
Ensure goals set are measurable
Score goal achievement in the individual sales scorecards.
Review participant goal achievement with Sales Management.
Coordinate and prepare incentive payout with Human Resources and Payroll.
Build, maintain, and distribute executive reporting information as required by Sales Management.
Qualifications:
Prefer 5-10 years Accounting, Finance or relevant experience.
Be highly motivated and self-managed.
Have a sense of urgency and the ability to take care of change and the shifting demands within the business environment.
Have strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft suite of tools and Cognos analytical software.
Have personal commitment to excellence.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlines.
Tableau experience helpful
Education:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or Information Systems.
