In this role, you will be directly responsible for crafting the vision and management of a department to enable outstanding quality and a high-performance team. Your team charter will be to ensure we achieve Best-in-Class quality performance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include qualification, outgoing reliability monitoring, product disposition, and customer RMAs. Importantly, this includes being the product quality and reliability subject matter expert and ensuring all product will exceed our customers expectations. The product portfolio includes all DRAM products as well as emerging memory products including 3DXP and HBM.The DEMQRA quality role has direct responsibility to work collaboratively with many key stakeholders including Product Engineering and Design, Global Manufacturing, R&D, Business Units, Sales & FAE, and Supply Chain. Collaboration is essential to ensure we meet qualification timelines and exceed customer quality expectations throughout a given products lifecycle.Effectively drive and continuously improve departmental performance by establishing and monitoring key metrics that ultimately reflect our customers quality experience.
