Orangetheory Fitness Kapolei is hiring! We are looking for professional and outgoing individuals to engage the West side community and be part of our AMAZING team. Full and part time positions are available.
With over 1100 studios worldwide, Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is a group studio fitness concept that is spreading like wildfire. OTF is an intense interval-based cardio and strength training program where members utilize heart-rate monitors to track their performance in class. The concept was recently featured in the New York Times and rated the "best one hour workout in the country" for its effectiveness.

These are the skills and qualifications desired:
- A passion for people
- Attentive, fun, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy and high-energy studio
- Appreciates camaraderie and is a stronger contributor in a team environment
- Prior sales experience and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Orangetheory Fitness offers competitive compensation with an hourly base pay plus generous commissions on membership sales.
