HOUSING PROVIDED IN KONA FOR EMPLOYEES WHO RESIDE IN HILO.
As a growing company we are looking for an energetic, talented, highly motivated individual with retail/supervisory experience to be a part of our team. This person will work closely with the owners to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Product knowledge and work process of assigned responsibilities.
Supervise, train, evaluate, mentor staff. Be a role model to staff, coworkers, vendors, etc.
Successfully multi-task daily responsibilities as well as ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
Open line of communication with all. Understand, follow directives communicated by owners. Able to effectively communicate directives to staff, coworkers, vendors, etc.
Computer proficiency.
Japanese, Chinese, or Korean speaking a plus.
This position requires flexibility in work hours. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
