Mac Made Easy, is Apple's Premier Partner on the islands.

We have been in business for 26 years and have 5 locations in Hawaii. We sell and service all Apple products just like the Apple store. We recently have received Authorized to be a Verizon dealer.

We are currently looking for a retail sales and customer service rep for front of house.

Apple Solutions Specialists are the face of Mac Made Easy. They are the core of the customer's experience in our retail location. This role calls for great presentation skills through show-and tell methods.

Apple Solutions Specialists wow the customer and earns their trust with the products and solutions Mac Made Easy has to offer.

Apple Solutions Specialists close on-floor sales, complete sales transactions, gather customer contact information and generate leads for professional services, training, repair and other Mac Made Easy offerings.

Description & Responsibilities

£On-Floor Sales

- Greet customers, demonstrate products, guide customers for product selection, close sales and complete payment transactions, obtain customer contact information and generate leads for future business. Approachable and willing to explain technology to a variety of customer types and their unique needs.

£Product & Inventory Management - Keep retail area clean and in perfect presentable format all times. Stock product walls and tables. Unpack new product received, enter inventory POSsystem, print and affix price labels.

£Excellent organizational skills being able to juggle many of tasks, activities and objectives simultaneously and complete them successfully. Keep information organized and accurate.

£ Excellent communication skills In-person, by e-mail and phone. Must be effective,efficient, compelling, friendly, professional and complete. Be able to relate to a customer's needs, and present a solution that will best benefit their need in terms they can understand.

£Technical skills Very comfortable with using technology to perform duties.

£Aptitude Keen eye for details, quality and aesthetics. Must be able to spot and correct errors and in-consistencies. Must offer ideas and suggestions to constantly grow self, team members and company.

£Attitude Be friendly and highly customer service oriented. Be a team player and work with customers, vendors and staff to deliver the best experiences for customers. Be self-motivated and a self-starter. Be passionate about Apple products and third party products related to the technology industry.

£Growth - Constant learning, changing and growth to improve job effectiveness and success of self, company and team member.

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time.
