A large residential condominium community in Ka'anapali is looking to fill both full- and part-time security positions. Candidates must have experience in security type work, have a good personality, be reliable, be able to walk long distances, mild maintenance, pool maintenance and be self motivated. Our property is a mostly quiet and serene environment (no short-term rentals).
If selected, the candidate will need to pass a drug test and background check. If the selected candidate is not licensed then they will be required to pass the state's security guard license requirements shortly after employment; employer will pay for the course, background check and application fees.
Minimum pay of $15 per hour for licensed security guard, plus another $1 per hour after showing proficiency in pool maintenance. Proven training and/or experience in security and/or pool maintenance could increase the pay rate. Training provided.
