Experienced professional needed to manage the planning, development and delivery of the Bank’s information systems and services. Candidate will have a minimum of ten years related work experience in managing IT operations which include developing and implementing corporate IT policies and procedures, verifying conformance of IT systems with regulatory requirements, maintaining strong cybersecurity posture, and managing internal resources and third party vendors. The IT Manager will oversee a small staff to perform branch provisioning, network operations, project management, business continuity testing, vulnerability scanning and remediation, patching, ATM management, and desktop support.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and prior working experience with Microsoft operating systems, VMware virtualization, MS SQL Server, Azure and AWS cloud services. Prior knowledge of IT technologies such as virtualization, VDI, MDM, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DLP, QOS, BGP, OSPF, APT and other cotemporary subjects related to mobile, cybersecurity and business continuity is useful. Candidate should have prior banking or financial institution experience and an understanding of applicable privacy laws and regulatory concerns (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, SOX 404).
