We are a leading real estate brokerage in the state of Hawaii and are looking for an individual with proven experience in real estate transaction management to join our team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

A general working knowledge of Hawaii real estate law, principles, sales and escrow. Escrow experience preferred.

Computer: Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Equipment: Scanning, copy machine, mobile phone (includes texting).

Applications: Chrome, Adobe, Gmail, dropbox and Docusign

Requires strong organizational, listening, judgment, decision making, verbal, written

and comprehension skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment and able to effectively prioritize.

Aptitude to learn new technologies.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a team environment with other Hawaii Life Transaction

Coordinators.

Prolonged sitting and computer work.

Effective communication with people at all levels of the organization and outside

vendors.

Upholding a positive and professional attitude throughout the real estate transaction

to all interested parties; including company staff.

Ability to deal with constant requests for assistance with patience and tolerance.

WORKFLOW

Day to day tasks will include a wide variety of assignments as determined by the Principal

Broker. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and setting up a transaction files.

Maintaining, uploading and organizing property documents.

Ensuring that the transaction file is complete and that all documents and signatures

are obtained.

Working under minimal supervision to meet daily deadlines; must be able to solve

moderately complex issues and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and

sensitive issues.

Uploading documents, e-mails and all correspondence relating to the transaction in a

timely manner.

Following company policy and procedures with regards to the use of company equipment and software.

Performing other duties as assigned and/or as applicable.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
