This position is a 100% remote position. My client is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Processors and Closers able to provide their expertise to a busy Residential Mortgage Loan Department located in Honolulu, HI. Our client company is a successful Financial Services Banking organization with a proven track record for success. This is a regular, FT position.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in processing and/or closing residential mortgage loans in the USA mortgage lending market. Must be able to work effectively from home if not in Honolulu, HI but home option available as well on Oahu after training.
Loan Processors and Closers
2 years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, primarily in mortgage documentation, TRID requirements and processing. Closing function experience preferred.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Familiarity with lending and closing requirements for secondary market investors, government insuring agencies and private mortgage insurance companies.
Knowledge of Federal and State Compliance Regulations and ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes.
