Background preferred:
+ Associates degree or equivalent
+ Customer service with strong oral and written communication skills
+ General office duties and knowledge of basic accounting principles
+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel (type 60+wpm; 10 key by touch)
+ Ability to
prioritize with logical analytical and problem-solving skills
work independently with attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent vision, hearing and able to lift 30 lbs
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WILL TRAIN.
HAVE OR WILL OBTAIN A REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
MUST HAVE CAR.
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $60K to $65K
BENEFIT PACKAGE: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave,
vacation, parking, 401K retirement and bonuses.
Hours M-F; closed weekends and bank holidays.
