THE OPPORTUNITY:

The job in question involves the wearing of many different hats throughout any given day. One part of the job is aiding with managing the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate team. Another part of the position entails helping to maintain a unique and thoughtful Client experience for potential, current and past Clients. There are also various administrative support functions, purchasing, errands and the overseeing of various tasks and projects. You'll assist with marketing, project management, client relationship development and the creation of new processes to get in touch (and stay in touch) with Clients. It's a diverse role and there is always something to do!

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB YOU MUST HAVE:

- A high level of integrity

- Confidence and experience using a wide variety of technology (hardware, software, apps, systems)

- The ability to type 60+ words per minute (wpm)

- A love of details, checklists and meeting deadlines

- The ability to effectively prioritize

THE DETAILS:

- The position is 9am-5pm full-time with paid vacation and medical benefits (Kaiser Gold plan)

- The majority of office work will take place out of the Company's office in Kapolei

- This is not an outside sales position, but making calls will be included on your "to do" list so excellent phone / verbal communication skills a must

- The position will require savvy use of technology, documents, spreadsheets, CRM/database management

- The position will require you to be organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlineswhile requiring minimal supervision

- The position will mean daily direct communication with Clients, other Realtors and vendor partners

- There are a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities associated with this position, some of which require leaving the office, interacting with others, purchasing, visiting properties and meeting with Clients or vendors

- The bonus? You'll learn the ropes about real estate and marketing from a fast-paced, hardworking and successful real estate Team
