Join Maui Home Buyers! We are an established and successful small team of active investors that earn a good living flipping houses right here on Maui, and we need a SALES person to help us bring in more flips!
This is not a salaried position, this is a partnership position. We will teach you everything you need to know to grow your own business flipping houses, but only if you have the drive and determination to earn it. This is not a hand out, you must earn it, but if you are willing to do what it takes to be successful there is no limit to the earning potential. Most new investors fail due to not having mentors with years of experience to guide them along the way - but that won't be you if you work with us.
Benefits:
Work on your own schedule - whenever you choose to work
Work from anywhere (although local knowledge is required, you don't have to currently live here to join us if you're really good on the phone)
Unlimited earning potential (it's completely feasible to become a millionaire in the first 3-5 years if you work hard and effectively)
Realistically can earn six figures your first year, and seven figures a year once you're well established
Cons:
Not a steady paycheck
Not for those that want to clock in and clock out (personally I work all the time, often late at night, but that's I choose to, because I love this business, and I want to continue increasing my income)
Real estate experience is not required, but can be very helpful. Sales experience also not absolutely required, but very helpful also.
The ideal candidate:
Has some experience in RE - whether as a Realtor, admin assistant, escrow, etc. it's helpful to have an understanding of the sales process, how properties are valued, etc.
Has sales experience and was very successful in sales; a "closer", and is comfortable making a firm offer, explaining why it makes sense and getting the contract signed
Focused
DRIVEN
NEEDS to be successful (we're not looking for people that want to be succesful - everyone wants success. Only a few NEED success and are willing to do whatever it takes now in order to be able to do whatever they want in life later)
