Our insurance agency is one of the fastest growing agencies in Hawaii. This position is for a part time administrative assistant and can move to full time.
We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate the following skills:
Electronically Organize Documents
Experience working in a paperless environment
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
o We mainly use Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
Ability to enter data into a proprietary system online
Responsibilities
Enter customer information into our proprietary online system.
Email results of the entries to our clients
Enter information into various Excel or Word Docs with information from our clients
o Ensure the accuracy of your work is mandatory
Light Phone Call Handling
Handle email including answering requests for documents.
To be eligible for the first interview you must:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 or more years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager or CSR
Handle duties in a changing environment
Possess organization skills and adapt to our agencys systems.
Work confidentially on your own, after being trained
If both of us are agreeable after the first interview, you may be granted a second one. At that interview:
You will be given up to 2 hours to demonstrate that you possess the skills needed to perform well in this job.
We will pay you for this time.
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
You will work part time at first from about 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
