Full time Dental Hygienist needed for high touch and technology general dentist practice. The office is located in the Keeaumoku and King Street area and we work M,Tu,W, and F. In 2019 and beyond, we will not be working any Saturday's at all. The hire will be on a 3 month temporary basis that may evolve to a permanent/part time position if it is the right fit.
We are not your typical dental office! All of our team members are high performing and are well compensated! We also are looking for the right person to join our team and will search for someone until we find the right fit.
Must be people and customer service oriented with a great and outgoing attitude. Attention to detail is a necessary trait. Excellent communication and patient education skills are required. You should be comfortable speaking to patients about their conditions in their gingiva and teeth, and any possible treatment that may be needed. We are completely digital and use Dentrix and Schick imaging as our practice management software and x-ray systems. Experience with both systems are great but not necessary as long as you have great computer skills.
Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience and fit and can range from $35-40 per hour.
After a trial period is complete, benefits include medical, dental, paid holidays, and paid continuing education. After a qualifying period, 401K and profit sharing is also available. Covered staff parking and business trip expense is provided.
