We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a FIELD SPECIALIST/PERSONAL CARE AID
- SCHEDULE: Reliability a must! Varied Shifts. DAYTIME, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
- LOCATION: East Oahu, Central Oahu, West Oahu
- CLIENT NEEDS: We are currently looking for a dynamic individual that has an open work availability that can provide our clients with assistance with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and transfers, sitter while sleeping, meal prep, light housekeeping, toileting, medication reminders, shopping and errands, and escorting to appointments.

POSITION SUMMARY:
FIELD SPECIALIST/PERSONAL CARE AIDE is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's needs. The FIELD SPECIALIST/PERSONAL CARE AIDE will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client's care. The FIELD SPECIALIST/PERSONAL CARE AIDE will also have specific guaranteed hours weekly. Personal Care Aide experience is preferred.
