line cook Responsibilities:
Prepare food orders efficiently and consistently
Assist in maintenance of kitchen.
Must be able to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the demands of the service period.
Prep according to recipe books.
line cook Qualifications
Basic knife skills
1 year experience minimum as a line cook
ability to stand for extended periods of time
able to lift 50 lbs
follow recipes and instructions.
