DescriptionAccountemps is currently looking for a temporary-to-full-time Payroll Administrator for a Large Local Company in Honolulu.JOB DUTIES:-Processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis for 400+ employees (hourly and salaried employees)-Tracking hours, time off, employee leave-Worker's compensation-TDI-Form 5500-Payroll reports-Other duties as assigned by Payroll Manager, Controller, or VP of FinanceRequirementsREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:-Minimum 2-3 years full-cycle payroll processing experience for at least 250+ employees-Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or web based payroll software-Experience with union payroll processing is highly preferredAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
