Sears Home Services is seeking qualified In-Home Repair Technicians. If you have direct or related experience in Appliance Repair, or electrical troubleshooting, we want to talk with you about a career with us.
Our professional technicians enjoy:
Commission and other incentives - $1,000 or more per month.
Company-provided vehicle, cell phone, uniforms and gas card.

Sundays off and No On Call requirement.
Best qualified candidates:
Possess 1+ year experience.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Can read wiring diagrams/schematics & can use a multi-meter.
Electrical Troubleshooting experience required.
Ability to work independently away from the office.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Are reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Maintain a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Are passionate for being part of a team and taking care of customers.
Can communicate effectively in English.
