We are looking for a reliable Lower Bay Technician for our Statesboro shop. Desired traits Have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Be energetic, hardworking, and able to multi-task Show initiative, responsible, and must be reliable Have good interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical QualificationsLower Bay Technicians must expect to stand on their feet on hard surfaces, like concrete or metal, and expect to work in an environment in which you may frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.Other physical qualifications. Must be able to operate equipment such as overhead and floor mounted oil and grease guns, transmission machine, air conditioner service machine, hand tools and basic shop equipment Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 25 pounds Must be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as neededRequirements Lower Bay Technicians are responsible for performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service Oil Change, inspect and service under chassis fluids, grease fittings, tire rotations and other minor services Inspect vehicle for leaks and safety issues, and remove & secure skid plate Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, motivated, and a team player Have a valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US Insure work area is clean and presentable. Adhere to all safety procedures.
