I'm looking for an honest, motivated individual, with attention to detail interested in working the afternoon for 3-5 hours a day, 1- 3 days per week. You would be here as a handyman/helper and most of (the work you do will be outside.) I'm not looking for someone wanting to get paid every day without accomplishing anything. I'm not looking for anyone that wears pants halfway down there bottom and has trouble getting 1 foot in front of the other. If you can't be here for 3 or 4 hours without the use of a cell phone don't apply. If you are a professional please do not apply, I can't afford you! I'm looking for someone I can teach that already has basic skills in lawn care, carpentry skills and other construction skills. Do not tell me you can do something you can't do it won't take 5 minutes for me to find out and look for someone else. Individual must pass a background check, have a valid drivers license and insurance, dependable transportation, and a willing desire to improve your skill set. You must also have a work history.
