Description: The selected candidate will become a technical staff member for laboratory hardware development in the LM Labs and Technical Services organization. This organization develops state of the art, real-time, man-in-the-loop fighter and airlift simulations.Selected candidate will design, develop, and integrate hardware systems to support on-going laboratory development on several projects, including tasks for all test venues in the C-5 SIL, C-130J SIL, F-35 SIL and F-22 SIL.Selected candidate should be willing to work a flexible schedule when required to support lab development and integration activities to meet program needs. Selected candidate should be willing to travel occasionally within the United States when required to meet program needs.Case-by-case evaluation of candidate's qualifications will occur. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a Secret security clearance after starting. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidates with a Secret, Top Secret clearance or special access (SAR) clearances will be given special consideration, assuming other minimum qualifications are met.Basic Qualifications:Experience in Computer Aided Drawing (i.e. CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.).Experience in Aircraft SystemsExperience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Desired Skills:Experience working with Mil-Std 1553 and ARINC-429 bus networks.Experience in Radio Communication and RF systems.Experience working with Audio and Video Systems (High End Projector Systems).Must be highly motivated, energetic, self-starter and possess exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
