It starts with developing a relationship, assessing their wants and desires, selecting a great apartment home and closing the “sale”. You will work on-site at the property with the management team primarily responsible for leasing, but also helping the team run a successful business. Your peers, leaders, and company will invest in you and support you as an associate, providing training, leadership and recognition opportunities.
