These areas can include, but are not limited to, the Pharmacy IV Room, OR Pharmacy, Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy. Provides consultative/clinical services including antibiotic dosing of vancomycin and aminoglycosides, initial Coumadin dosing, renal dosing and IV to PO conversions. Responsible for providing distributive services. Responsible for adhering to and practicing within the guidelines of Georgia State Pharmacy Law.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education:Bachelors of Science from an accredited School of Pharmacy.Licensed by, and in good standing with, the Georgia State Board of PharmacyRequired Minimum Experience:Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.Required Minimum Skills:Demonstrated pharmacokinetic skills.Strong order entry and computer skills.Good oral communication skills.2 years clinical involvement or BCPS preferred.Join us for outstanding benefits and development opportunities.
