Looking for a Industrial Electrical Foreman. Need to run a crew of 6 to 10 electricians. Must supervise a crew and push them to be better. Instruct them on what you want and make it happen. Working knowledge of Industrial Systems switchgear, cable tray, instrumentation, large panels, large motors, and big Industrial projects. Always working with your crew to make them better. Ordering material and ensuring delivery to keep your crew busy. Willing to work overtime and have a mentality to get the job done no matter what it takes. Willingness to create and correct attitudes toward a safe working enviroment. Must recognize safety hazards and stop work or workers until it's corrected. Safety on your jobsite starts with you. Industrial Electrical Foreman takes a special person who must be knowledgeable, stern, and a teacher with patience to the young workers coming up in this trade.
