We are hiring a site manager! This property management job involves working closely with tenants, employees, and officials from government agencies. The position is great for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and handling several different responsibilities. Job tasks include:
· Marketing and leasing units to maintain maximum occupancy
· Ensuring all buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing manner
· Collecting, posting, and depositing income in a timely manner
· Supervising onsite maintenance staff
· Monitoring monthly expenditures and maintaining efficient property performance within budgetary guidelines
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. We expect each applicant to have at least one year of experience. Familiarity with the Key program as well as Section 8 vouchers is a plus.
