Real estate investment group is looking for an assistant manager
We are holding rental properties, building new or renovate older single/multi-family properties.
Part-time, flexible hours. work from home, start to work immediately
Applicant should have the experience of working with permit offices at any county.
Applicant should be familiar with all media network advertising tools, FB, LinkedIn, etc .
Applicant must be capable of providing courteous, professional support to general contractor vendors and clients. Property management skills is a plus.

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills (Excel, and other MS office applications)
Effective at prioritizing multiple demands and meeting deadlines
Organized, reliable, and responsive
Sharp Decision and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Keep up with utility payments, property taxes.
Responsibilities:
Managing rented and non-occupied properties
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Collecting payments, Preparing and Processing Deposits
Auditing and Processing credit.
Working with General Contractors and vendors.
Ordering online materials and services.
Assisting with completion of month-end and year-end audit processes
Recording Journal entries
Special projects and other duties as needed
Real estate, Managing, Accounting and Construction background is a plus.
