PROJECT MANAGER - TALENT ACQUISITION
CONTRACT: $50/HOUR
LOCATION: REMOTE
HOURS: 8AM TO 5PM
Candidate can be completely remote (eastern time zone preferred). Must be available around typical business hours 8am-5pm EST.
Target start date: 9/21 - project is slated to begin design work in October.
Project manager will be managing seasonal hiring project with the Talent Acquisition team from design, build, through roll out.
Talent acquisition experience not required, but preferred.
Project responsibilities scope attached.

Change management expertise
SOP creation
Create resources (QRGs, workflows, process maps)
Process reviews
Gap analysis
Training plan development
Communication plans
Vendor review/selection
Program management
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strongly preferred
