Site Coordinator

DescriptionJob Summary:The Site Coordinator will provide operational support to service managers on large scale projects. The Site Coordinator will facilitate workforce site entry and logistics as well as update systems and documentation. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Site entry requirements (documentation, training, PPE, ect.)Ordering tooling and consumablesLogistic support with vendor materials/services, GE repairs shops, ectVoucher hours for high headcount craft outagesCollect timesheets for FE and CraftCreate requisition for PL&M in Ariba as applicableParts inventory as requiredImmigrationController Data Sheet and Invoice (CDS/CDSi)In-Processing Support (drug screens, site logistics specifics, site training requirements)FieldVision inputsDemand Placement as requiredTravel may be requiredAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsRequired Qualifications & Experience:2 or more years of experience in an coordination, administrative or related roleProficient with the Microsoft Office suite of productsExtensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be requiredDesired Characteristics:Experience managing projectsStrong attention to detailAbout FieldCore:FieldCore, a GE company, is an independent, industrial field services organization focused on World-Class Execution across the power generation and oil & gas industries.
