Working with Franchise and Channel Marketing teams, this role will support performance management routines, annual business plan processes and development of analytical tools and capabilities against this important segment of our business.Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of various performance reports in support of the weekly/monthly performance management routines.

Analyzes sales data and summarizes key insights and implications, along with possible solutions to gaps in business plan.

Conducts issue specific deep-dive analytics, using both internal and syndicated data, clearly identifying business causals, risks, opportunities and potential actions.

Support annual business planning process, and development of sources of growth.

Track and steward specific commercial initiatives and measure effectiveness. Able to apply simple financial concepts (break-even, NPV, IRR) to create a business case.

Identify new sources of data and metrics and supports enhancements to existing data and reporting systems.

Create data models to analyze inputs and subsequent impact for financial and service aspects of the business.

Education & Experience

Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree, MBA, a plus

1 -3 years' experience in similar roles

Demonstrated experience and skills in data analysis & problem solving.

Ability to draw insights and actions from data and communicate appropriately at all management levels.

Experience and knowledge of business issues and revenue and profit impact beyond data collection and analytical knowledge.

Strong work ethics. Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Ability to prioritize the workload and balance competing demands.

Skills Required

Advanced spreadsheet skills required. Proficient in Excel.

Comfortable working with databases and large data sets. Able to create simple queries.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intel, advanced analytics, data mining.

Data Visualization skills - ability to bring data to life and extra meaning with visual tools.
