OverviewThe Philanthropic Financial Services team exists to safeguard Chick-fil-A’s reputation by providing financial guidance, financial reporting, and compliance support surrounding philanthropic activities. We aim to raise the financial and business acumen of charitable stakeholders and influence philanthropic strategy.ResponsibilitiesThis role will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison to four WinShape ministries and provide financial guidance to directors and other stakeholders.

Produce ad-hoc reporting as requested by WinShape ministries.

Serve as point of contact for WinShape Camps’ registration and sales systems.

Consult ministries on the following: monthly/annual budget, sales tax, income tax, GAAP, and ministry metrics.

Manage financial training calendar for charitable entities.

Create training materials for employees of charitable entities.

Conduct annual training on financial systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Four years of related experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – emphasis on Word and Excel

Ability to multitask and prioritize numerous projects with attention to detail and limited supervision

Strong written, oral, and analytical skills

Highly motivated self-starter and quick learner

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics

Aptitude for problem solving and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

Four plus years of related experience
