Our work requires bold and innovative leaders; people who bring strong values and ethics to their role.If you're ready for a career that allows you to grow and develop into the professional you want to be - today and in the futureCryoLife is the place for you.Position OverviewImplement all marketing plans for assigned products to generate revenue to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit goals while maintaining and growing average sale prices in territory.(Atlana East and all of Georgia)ResponsibilitiesAchieve 100% to goal for assigned products and tissue services for quarterly and annual revenue and unit goals.Differentiate CryoLife products using clinical data, conducting in-services, and attending cases on a regular basis.Generate new customers by calling on Cardiac and Vascular surgeons and utilizing sample program.Provide regular in-services to OR personnel to communicate product indications, device assembly and application techniques, and sterilization of delivery device.Train new CryoLife product users by utilizing Medical Education Department and surgeon training programs.Report all product complaints to CryoLife Complaint Reporting by Midnight on day of notification.Maintain and grow average sale price by account and overall territory.Attend medical meetings and CryoLife training meetings as requested by management.Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to Region Manager on a weekly basis.Comply with all corporate policies, standards of conduct and maintain all administrative functions such as expense reports, salesforce.com, lead follow-up, and open P.O.'s in accordance with corporate directives and in a timely manner.Cooperate and assist other CryoLife sales team members in transferring product and key surgeon/account history knowledge.
