It all begins with you.The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.The Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation Fraud and Claims Management (PVSI FCM) team partners with product, channel, risk and technology teams to develop and provide secure, reliable, scalable and customer friendly prevention, investigation and claims services that protect customers and Wells Fargo from fraud losses. The team reviews account activity and high-risk transactions to prevent victim and perpetrator fraud, processes check fraud and Automated Clearing House (ACH) claims, investigates and resolves customer disputes (fraud and non-fraud) on all transaction types and manages all Wells Fargo identity theft cases.As part of Fraud and Claims Management (FCM) Strategy Initiatives and Business Case Development, the Business Support Consultant 3 will responsible for supporting development of projects and initiatives planning within FCM, covering these primary capabilities:

Fraud Detection

Fraud Prevention

Claims & Recovery

The duties of the role will include:

Engage and Partner with management and front line units to identify business performance improvement opportunities and efficiency gains using operational excellence strategies.

Utilize data analytics and statistical validation methodology to complete cost/benefits analysis and develop proposed ideas into business cases advancing projects and initiative for the applicable business functions

Present opportunities and proposals to executive management and recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements, including discussion of alternatives and implications

Utilize thorough knowledge of the business group's functional area to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

Lead support functions for business groups and senior management not limited to, but as follows: Administrative, logistical and miscellaneous, gather and produce deck material, coordinate site meetings and events, etc. Responsible for the creation, delivery and consistency of messaging and corresponding formats for the organization. E-mail and Teamworks communications, organizational charts/team level changes, policies/changes, job aides/tools resources, recognition, business / job spotlights, career path information, project / technology implementation information and awareness that procedures are updated

The location is flexible. 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content

Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Experience participating in multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects

Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications

Ability to develop and manage business relationships
