We are looking for Customer Service Agents who are looking to provide Excellent Customer Service from the comfort of their own home office. You will be servicing the largest Telecommunication client. To be considered for this position you will need at least 1 year Customer Service experience. This is a work from home position. For this position you need to be able to commit to 30 hours per week but you can work more than 30 hours per week. This can be a full-time or part-time position as long as you can commit to at least 30 hours per week.
Training is provided, you will have four weeks of training that will help set you up for success, and give you the knowledge and tools to help take calls for our current client which is Comcast.
Requirements: Must have or be willing to get before class starts.

Laptop/Desktop Hardwired/ must be at least 2.8 gz/4 gb ram/No All in One/No Google Chrome/No Macs
Part-time at least 20 hours per week
Full-time at least 30+ hours per week
Hourly Pay + Commission
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
