National truck accessory manufacturer seeking an individual with automotive accessory installation experience. Job responsibilities will include:
¦ The vast majority of your work will be through phone and email
¦ Being able to understand and address concerns a customer may have while installing our product
¦ Ordering and keeping inventory of various small parts(nuts and bolts and such)
¦ Must be able to identify differences between various nuts and bolts
¦ Prepare parts for shipping to customers
¦ Being able to answer technical questions or concerns prior to customer purchase(technical specs, installation questions, etc.)
¦ Must be able to communicate through email and over the phone.
¦ In cases where there is a defect in the product, you will need to communicate your findings accurately to prevent future issues
