What you’ll be doing The Senior Analyst - Enterprise Sales Operations will be responsible for providing support to the Global Presales organization through the delivery of reporting and compensation support for Solutions Architects around the world. The Sales Operations team works with the business leaders to develop reporting and analysis on results, organizational KPIs and compensation to assist them in driving sales and revenue in their specific areas of the business.Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide reporting and analysis of data to assist Global Presales leadership in managing the business and driving sales and revenue growth:

Sales

Revenue

Product level performance results

KPIs & Activities

Training & Development

Provide support for commissionable employees including management of assignments, quotas, and issue resolution

Conduct research into compensation inquires

Ensure adherence to established departmental budgetary parameters

Assist in facets of sales planning inclusive of regular updates to headcount, programs and reporting in support of strategic initiatives

Provide support for Operations Reviews

Provide ad hoc reporting and support as needed

This position can be located in any valid Verizon locations or work remotely within a reasonable commute distance to a valid Verizon location.What we’re looking for You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience

Experience with the following Wireline systems - Bookings/Sales Reporting (SPA) and Revenue reporting (TBR).

Knowledge of SFDC

Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel:

Access– Advanced queries; Action queries; Join (including SQL join); importing / exporting between multiple Access databases and Excel.

Excel–advanced pivot tables and charts including calculated fields and grouping; advanced charts/graphs; reporting filters; macros; formulas; formatting.

Three or more years of experience in Sales Operations or in a Finance capacity.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Even better if you have:

Knowledge of Wireline Sales Compensation & Commissions Assignment processes and policies.

Knowledge of Visual Basic a plus.

Self-motivated, resilient, can-do attitude to overcome obstacles and find resolution in sometimes difficult conditions.

Experience in coaching, mentoring and/ or train other team members.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
