# of Openings 1Category (Portal Searching) Accounting / Finance OVERVIEW The Ciox team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead one of its $100M+ Zone P&L s. This role will be a key member of the CRI Finance leadership team and will have responsibility for all financials related to the P&L from Orders, Revenue through EBITDA. The role will operate and engage as a strategic operating partner to the Zone GM s in driving operating efficiencies, productivity, account management, capacity and demand planning and execution. The Senior Finance Manager will also be involved commercial finance activities including driving pro formas and analyzing ROI s. This associate will be able to influence across a variety of leaders including both finance and operations. The role reports directly to the Division CFO for CRI. This role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills and is instrumental in delivering awesome for Ciox. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with CFO, FP&A & business leaders to build quality forecast, measure against forecasts, determine trends and highlight areas of opportunities. Support Commercial team in driving pro formas for exceptions. Monitor performance of new wins and recommend margin improvement opportunities as needed. Partner hand-in-hand with business GM, VP s and regional managers to drive effective capacity and demand plans. Partner in delivering high rate of customer retention, productivity and financial performance for the zones. Ensure accuracy in reporting; analyze trends and recommend continuous improvement to drive financial performance. Manage monthly closing activities and planning as required by interfacing with the FP&A and controllership teams.
