Job Purpose and Scope: This position will report to the Director of Business Analytics, Planning & Quality Control and is responsible for oversight of business processes, exception tracking, regulatory compliance, process improvement measures, analysis, reporting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Essential Job Functions:1.Posts underwriting and funding review.2.Assists with management trend reporting, ensuring there are no gaps in the end to end process oversight3.Develops and presents gap analysis and reporting metrics with recommendations for addressing process weaknesses4.Develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid similar situations in the future.5.Responsible for escalating risk issues. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:1.Must be proficient with Excel, including v Lookup and Pivot Tables2.Strong analytical and communication skills. 3.Project management experience.4.Must be able to manage and interpret large amounts of data. Basic Qualifications:1.Two plus (2+) years of work experience in consumer underwriting preferred. 2.Five plus (5+) years of work experience in the financial services industry.3.Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.Equipment Used in Job Performance/Working Environment:1.Computer, Laptop and Tablet2.Cell phone3.Work in a collaborative team environment.Major Job Demands (Physical/Mental):1.While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally may be exposed to outside weather conditions while inspecting collateral.
