Two Rivers Boatworks in Stuart, FL is growing and is looking for an experienced, factory certified Outboard Motor Tech to join our team. (Mercury, Yamaha or Suzuki)
Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Highly skilled hands-on leader who will help build our mechanical services group
- Strong leadership ability to create and maintain a positive working environment
- Play a significant role in short and long term planning geared toward operational excellence
- Pro-active problem-solver, identifying, analyzing and developing solutions to typical challenges
Qualifications:
- Recent, verifiable work history as a Outboard Motor Tech
- Strong organizational skills
- Complete set of tools
- Clean driving record
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional customer services skills
