I own 20 houses and I rent 6 of them on Airbnb and 14 as annual Tennant's
I am looking to grow and I need a smart, hard working person who can manage the details which include:
Buying properties
Selling properties
Collecting rents
Paying bills
Managing contractors
Financial planning and modelling
Bookkeeping
And anything that comes up that needs done.
Location is in Port Salerno, FL. Starting date would be in July as I will need time to interview.
