Office Administrator needed for small yacht club. The Office Administrator is responsible for financial recordkeeping and ensuring the accuracy of club records. This includes, but is not limited to, recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, completing payroll, issuing billing statements and preparing company and government forms and reports. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks operations.
The Office Administrator must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and closely follows procedures in a professional manner. This position also provides administrator support, general office duties of answering telephone calls, and coordination with management team charged with responsibility for overall club operations. Closely follows procedures in a professional manner.
Hours are 32 hours per week and 4 days a week.
