COMMERCIAL CLEANING ON HUTCHINSON ISLAND.
We clean restaurants, offices and some residential. I have multiple properties and will work with you to develop a schedule that works for us both.
I have both full time and part time availability.
Compensation starts at $13 with the opportunity to earn more as you CONSISTENTLY perform at a high level and show DEPENDABILITY.
I am looking for an EXPERIENCED CLEANER. I will check references.
You will work with a supervisor to show you the required process, chemicals, equipment and learn the routine. YOU MUST BE COACH-ABLE AND CAN LISTEN AND TAKE DIRECTION!
Work hours are generally during the overnight or early morning hours when restaurants and offices are closed. We work Monday-Sunday. But I will work with you to get you two consecutive days off each week and if necessary alternating weekends.
NO CALL NO SHOW NO JOB NO EXCUSES! ZERO TOLERANCE. If we don't do our job, then the whole process breaks down and there are literally hundreds of people depending on us to provide a clean, sanitary work environment so they can do theirs.
Requirements:
Experience
Driver's License
Be able to pass criminal background check
Be dependable; able to show up on time EVERY TIME, read and understand safety plans and procedures.
Be physically fit; able to lift mop bucket, push a heavy mop, bend and stoop, stand for extended period. You must be physically fit to do the job, no back or knee issues, this is physical work.
You need to have an eye for details. You have to be able to work efficiently, be organized and perform consistently at a high quality level.
You must be able to complete work from start to finish, with limited supervision in the allotted time frame. You can't leave chemicals, rags, equipment scattered around. You must be organized and consistent in the process.
You must be a good listener with good communication skills. You must be able to communicate well with our customers and clients and your co-workers. You must be able to communicate with respect and integrity and provide direction and explanations to other team members when necessary.
I need your English speaking skills to be first rate. It doesn't have to be your 1st language, but we must be able to communicate clearly and without a language barrier.
Job duties include: Cleaning restaurants both kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen includes floor, stainless appliances, ceiling vents, hoods, filters and exhaust fans.
You will be wiping down of stainless steel hoods, making multiple mop water buckets, carrying vacuums, brooms, rags, chemicals, stocking paper products, picking up debris, using hot water hose to rinse floor, pre-spraying filters, standing on ladders, etc.
Independent completion of work projects without supervision after proper training is a must.
You will need to clean and maintain your equipment and report any mechanical deficiencies immediately to your supervisor.
