Family is seeking a Private Teacher for 2 boys for 2020/2021 school year. The Private Teacher will be responsible for the academics and homeschooling of 2 boys entering 8th Grade in Fall 2020. The teacher must have middle/high school teaching experience. Ideally, the teacher will be able to provide in-person instruction, but virtual Instruction may be considered. Experience working with ADD/dysgraphia is a plus. A homeschooling curriculum will be established with teacher’s help, utilizing online resources as appropriate.
The family hopes to find an engaging, enthusiastic and passionate educator who strives to develop the boys’ critical thinking and creativity in a progressive manner. The Private teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, enrichment opportunities and interventions when applicable.
Required documents: Teaching certificate preferred, resume, letters of recommendation.
Part time, competitive salary based experience, school hours to be determined with curriculum.
