Lincoln Property Company is hosting Open Interviews for all on-site positions in the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas during the following dates and times.
Wednesday, June 5th, 11:00am - 4:00pm: The Cove, 4003 S Westshore Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33611
Thursday, June 6th, 2:00pm - 7:00pm: The Lodge at Lakecrest, 10420 McKinley Drive, Tampa, FL 33612
We are interviewing for the following positions.
-Business Manager: A minimum of 2 years' Business Manager experience is strongly preferred
-Assistant Manager: A minimum of 1 year of Assistant Manager experience is strongly preferred
-Leasing & Marketing Professional: Leasing experience is strongly preferred, but not required with sales and customer service experience
-Maintenance Supervisor: EPA certification required, CPO certification preferred, Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience strongly preferred
-Maintenance Technician: EPA certification required, CPO certification preferred
-Punch Technician: Apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred
-Groundskeeper/Porter: Groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial experience is preferred
-Housekeeper: Housekeeping, caretaking or janitorial experience is preferred
All positions require a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
