Our well established, multi doctor, dental office is looking for a talented professional to join our team.
The applicant would play an important role in the growth of the practice through their marketing efforts. Marketing of the practice will include internal and external marketing, maintaining all social media accounts, community outreach and overall growth of the practice.
Responsibilities would include developing and implementing new marketing campaigns as well as evaluating current campaigns, tracking all marketing campaigns and programs to determine success, researching new marketing ideas, and setting and tracking measurable goals for the staff and practice. Patient retention as well as acquiring new patients are essential goals of the position.
Your work week would also involve greeting patients upon arrival, utilizing software to confirm appointments and being the first point of contact for all new patients from their first phone call to their first office visit.
As the point of first contact for our office a fantastic demeanor is required to provide excellent customer service as well as a teamwork approach towards helping and working with others. Professional appearance is also a must. We are a non-smoking office.
Three (3) years of previous dental experience is preferred. Proficiency in Eaglesoft would be very helpful.
