King's Way Eye Clinic & Optical is looking for an experienced technician to pretest patients using an auto refractor, take IOP's, retinal photos, and visual acuity. You should be able to take patient history, reason for visit, and correctly enter all data into the Eyefinity Electronic Health Record. You should be able to verify eyeglass lens powers using a lensometer. Other duties may include visual field testing, OCT scans, and contact lens training. You will be responsible for keeping exam rooms and instruments cleaned and supplies stocked.
Candidates will have excellent customer service skills, have a nice smile and a friendly personality. Must have experience in electronic medical records.
This is a full time position with no weekend hours. Health insurance, vision care, holiday pay, and vacation available after probational period.
