Amazing career opportunity to be a caretaker for two huge beautiful houses on the Alafia River, one in Riverview, one in Gibsonton about 5 minutes away from each other. These houses are rented out for guests, mostly for short term stays. We are growing and duties are expanding to more properties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meeting guests at the house and attending to issues or questions.
Answer questions of guests prior to, during, and after their stay.
Cleaning and maintaining the entire interior of the vacation houses and whole house cleaning/ bedsheets upon check outs.
Maintaining the exterior of the house including windows,decks, dock, lanai's, landscape etc.
Various tasks including purchasing supplies, stocking supplies, attending to guests needs etc.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have open schedule and be available from 2-10 hours a day depending on what is needed. Estimate is to be around 30-40 hours a week worth of work, but is expected to grow much more.
Must be able to work independently and self motivated.
Must be living relatively close to Riverview/ Gibsonton/ Alafia River.
Must have an outgoing personality to positively interact with guests.
Need to have reliable transportation although you will not be traveling far.
Compensation:
Pay is based on performance. Expect $12+/ hour
