We are currently looking for a direct owner/operator local vendor to complete property preservation work on assets in their county and the surrounding area. We pay for everything performed completely and turned in by Saturday on the Tuesday following via direct deposit.
Requirements are:
1. Prior property preservation experience.
2. A Liability Policy with a $1,000,000 coverage and a copy of your Workers Compensation coverage.
3. The tools, knowledge, and ability to perform the services required. This is including a firm grasp on lawn maintenance, cleaning, debris removal, asset securing, etc.
4. A smart phone that is capable of utilizing our dashboard app and uploading photos quickly upon completion.

1. Provide a list of what zip codes you cover and standards you have experience with.
2. Send a copy of your W-9 and current insurance coverage.
Prior to assigning you your first order we need to be emailed a set of photos in a compressed zip file for a grass cut, lock change, and roof tarp.
