Title: FAITH COMMUNITY NURSING COORDINATOR - ST. ANTHONY'S HOSPITAL

Job Number: 207650Support the initiatives of the Faith Community Nurse (FCN) department in identifying and recruiting faith communities in which to establish FCN ministries. Arrange and present informational seminars to nurses and clergy. Foster and maintain networking and supportive relationships with partnered FCN's. Assist in scheduling locations and coordinating the staffing to offer wellness screenings and/or health education in the community. Participate in the orientation process of new FCN's. Assist in planning and facilitating continuing education events. Participate in grant tracking and the reporting process. Assist with maintaining electronic databases for FCN statistics and compliance.
