Real estate brokerage has a part time or full time (candidate's choice) opportunity available for a REAL ESTATE SHOWING AGENT for our HOME BUYER TEAM.
You will be compensated for your work on an HOURLY or PER SHOWING BASIS, plus you can earn ADDITIONAL BONUSES.
Requires a current valid FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE. Active or inactive ok.
This position entails SHOWING HOMES TO OUR TEAM'S HOME BUYERS. You will meet the buyers at the properties. You coordinate your own showings from home. You never need to go to an office.

This is not a commission based job. YOU GET PAID FOR ALL SHOWINGS. We pay out twice a month. You will earn ADDITIONAL BONUSES, if you contribute to a successful closing.
We believe in a TEAM APPROACH to home buying, instead of everybody fending for themselves. That's why we have an ISA, a transaction coordinator, a showing agent, and a team leader, all working together to provide a great buying experience for our clients.
We are looking for an agent to join our buyer team who truly LOVES SHOWING THE HOMES and MEETING WITH THE BUYERS. Other than scheduling the showings, all you focus on is the showings.
You need to be able to do showings on a flexible schedule. TIMING IS EVERYTHING IN REAL ESTATE. We need to be available to show homes when the clients are ready see them.
If SHOWING HOMES TO OUR BUYERS is all you want to FOCUS on, we are perfectly happy with that. That is all that counts for this position. If, in ADDITION, you want to PURSUE SOME OF YOUR OWN REAL ESTATE SALES, we can accommodate that as well. That is entirely your choice.
You need to have a RELIABLE, DECENT LOOKING CAR to get to the showings and you obviously can't bring anyone else with you in the car to the showings. You also won't take clients in your car. You will meet them at the properties.
Attire depends on the circumstances, but is typically BUSINESS CASUAL.
The geographic area of the showings can be St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Flagler County. The focus is on ST. JOHNS COUNTY and JACKSONVILLE. The distance to the showings will be FACTORED INTO THE PAY.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE as real estate sales assistant or real estate agent.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, i.e. the ability to express yourself clearly and precisely, along with the ability to understand what someone is saying to you, especially when it comes to “reading between the lines”.
Must be a PEOPLE PERSON. Your personality needs to allow you to relate to people quickly, recognize the personality of the person you are talking to, and combine it with your negotiation and sales skills.
You need to have a CELL PHONE with data service and a NEWER COMPUTER. Cloud based CRM is provided by us for free.
